Day 4 of positive things in my life: 1. Open salts (salt cellars, salt dips). A very dear lady gave me 150 of them many years ago, which started a hobby that has brought me thousands of hours of pleasure. The collection has grown more than ten-fold, but pales in comparison to the wonderful friends I have made along the way. THEY are far more priceless than any salt could ever be. 2. My new hobby (okay, obsession) of glass fusing. Im learning so much, having such a great time, and making a whole new set of wonderful friends! 3. Facebook, for bringing yet another set of friends and family into (or back into) my life. It is delightful to be able to stay in touch with many cousins and their kids, the Meadowlark Road gang, school classmates, sorority sisters, fraternity brothers - the list is a long one, and Im grateful for each and every one of you!
