Day 4 of the Thanksgiving Challenge, in which I must give thanks - TopicsExpress

Day 4 of the Thanksgiving Challenge, in which I must give thanks for 3 different things/people on each of the 5 days of the challenge, and each day nominate another 3 people to undertake the challenge; The people I am thankful for today are; firstly, my six grandchildren, Liam, Estelle, Eleanor, Marley, Jasmine and Simon (I think I have them in the correct order of age, from eldest to youngest). There is not one of them I do not love dearly, and they each occupy a special place in my heart, and I pray to the Father that each one of them is watched over every day of their lives, and that each comes to know and love Jesus as I do. My life is so much richer for knowing each and every one of them, and I thank God for the ancient Jewish blessing, May you see your childrens children. It really is a beautiful blessing. Secondly, my brother-in-Christ Chris Bishop, who nominated me for this challenge.......it has made me think seriously about those things that I am most thankful for, and what are the really important things in life. His nomination of me has given me the opportunity to openly and publicly thank those who mean so much to me, and when its all said and done, all of those I have given thanks for in this first 4 days of the challenge are people (and God), not things. That says something about whats really important in life, doesnt it? Thanks Chris, for giving me so much food for thought about those who are really important. Thirdly, I give thanks collectively for each and every one of my siblings, Joan, Barry, Marion, Ian, Clive, and Fay. Even though we are far apart geographically, and we rarely see each other, my life would not be the same without their impacts in it, and every single one of them at some time or other has impacted substantially on my life, even though they may not know it. Despite our differences and distances apart, I love and care about every single one of them, and I hope they come to know that. Finally, I nominate the following 3 people to take on the Thanksgiving Challenge; Stella Collins, Jenna Davey, and Rueben Neelshan Sarvananthan. If you take the challenge on seriously guys, you will get a lot out of it!
