Day 4 of your Mini Workouts! 20 x Squats (keep your back straight, draw your belly button towards your spine, feet hip width distance apart, as you squat down keep your knees behind your toes, breathe out & squeeze your glutes as you lift) 15 x Crunches (abs tight, breathe out as you lift, keep lower back on the floor at all times), Repeat 3 times *Remember to ‘like’ once you’ve done your Workout and look out for tomorrow’s session!
