Day 47 - I have been talking to the immunology at the IWK, although we are still not quite seeing eye to eye they have confirmed that if Rylan is going well they can not make us stay in the Halifax area post discharge & we will be able to follow up with them on a weekly basis from home. So we will be leaving Montreal and finishing our antibiotics treatment at the IWK on Wednesday! Will be nice to get closer to home and in familiar surroundings. Not looking forward to being with the immunology team but we will hold our ground and take it day by day. We hope to develop a relationship with them when we are they and once they see Rylan for themselves they will realize what the Montreal doctors were saying. Working out luggage and travel info today and getting packed up. See you Wednesday Nova Scotia!!
