Day #47 of our #Menofhonour campaign was personal hygiene. Looking after ourselves is very important. We are opening a gym on Wednesday and planning a show for November as well as our own gym opening 4st January 2015. Lets just say I couldnt have asked fpr a better time to relax enven if it was just for an hour. Personal hygiene is a very important aspect in life.
