Day 5 #1. I am grateful for being able to work at Tropical Suntan Center without faking and baking in the 90s I wouldnt have met half of my FB friends we had some great times while I was working and after hours thanks to Kelly Anne remember the night before Thanksgiving circa 1995 Juliet Keklik Schneider I never danced on a stage in my life except for that night !!! I am grateful that I work at the Bridgeport Probate Court its been an on and off job since 1995 and I am so grateful that its ON AGAIN I love doing Probate Estates I know its a difficult time for families but believe me its not that complicated and difficult as the world makes it out to be so contact me if you have questions or concerns with Estate planning I can make a difficult time a lot easier for you and your family. # 3 I am grateful that I got my Real Estate License and no I didnt pass the first time.. I am grateful that I have LOYAL clients who understand that real estate is not about putting a sign in front of your house and selling it the day it hits MLS or showing you a house and selling it to you the same day. I think some people just dont understand that we dont make the entire commission we agree to on the contract or get reimbursed for all the gas we use while showing you numerous homes there are countless hours devoted to making ALL sides happy the buyers/ the sellers/ the attorneys and the lender who ALL have to be satisfied before the realtors and brokers can be Satisfied ! Its a tough but rewarding business so STAY LOYAL to your agent as we do have your best interest in mind !! Its a great feeling to know that you found the perfect home for your client !!
