Day 5 / 7 Shaunis 7 Day Challenge: Pumping out at Worlds Gym Burliegh. Shauni completed her 10km Walk and then some. She completed a 30 minute H.I.T Functional Strength Training Circuit: 7 reps each exercise x 4 # Sledge Hammers # Chin ups # Kettle Bell Flys # Kettle Bell Trusters # Rope Slams # Heavy T-Bar Rows # Dead ball Sits #,Sumo Deadlifts 60 minute H.I.T Gym Session: Shoulders / Back / Arms. Training Vid shows Shauni completing one of 5 sets to failure on Seated Machine Shoulder Press. I am paying particular attention to Shaunis Shoulders and Lat Spread because she is very tall and needs to balance out her Quad Dominance, as a future Fitness Model. The workout load will increase dramatically for Shauni over the next 2 days but Shauni is energised and demanding more.
