Day 5 of 21 - Today’s Workout: Cardio Fix Tomorrow’s Workout: Dirty 30 We are 5 days in and you are ROCKING this challenge!! I am so proud of you I want you to keep going, to stay strong and to keep your eye on your WHY and your GOALS! If it hasnt happened already there will be a time or two when the negative committee tells you 1) Youre not changing 2) Youre not good enough 3) Youre not going to make it to the end 4) This is a waste of time 5) This is too hard 6) Youre not worth it SERIOUSLY??? When these negative moments occur, that is when you need to stay strong and keep on going because this, like everything else in life it is about consistency, focus and determination. Youve GOT this!
