Day 5 of the Positivity Challenge. 1. Today I wore a ring that my late mother gave to me and looking at it sparked lovely memories of her. Being mindful of the latest Malaysian Airlines disaster, I am so lucky that despite losing her, my family and I had time with her before she passed away and we were able to say our goodbyes. 2. When I left work tonight it was still light enough that the street lights werent on yet, and it was such a pretty evening - cloudless, and a faint pink tinge to the sky. Canberra really is a beautiful city. 3. Colin bought me a lovely bouquet of roses while he was out today. I choose to ignore the comment that he only got them cos they were cheap. :-) So thats it from me for the 5 day positivity challenge now. Now I nominate Jan McKerras, Sue Briscoe and Cathy Ann to post three positives every day for 5 days (only if you want to - but its fun.)
