Day 6 of my 10 day cleanse! Yesterday I had so much energy it was busting out of me, so much so that it was hard to sleep! I had tiny water-like blisters on the palms of my hands before I started the cleanse and now my palms are 100% cleared up! I usually DO NOT like plain avocados, but tried one yesterday and it was AMAZING! So my next sense to change is taste, WOW! I feel lighter, energized and my food cravings changed from pizza and cheese burgers to vegetables and fruit! mypurium/dianaheilig/
