Day # 67 It was a beautiful crisp morning of 1.5 degrees. The surrounding snow capped mountains were revealed after the rainy weather of previous days cleared. Sara was feeling a million dollars as she worked away on the South façade building up the 2X2 structure with the sun on her face. Ruben and Andy worked in shade and tried madly to get as many tricky junctions completed before Rubens departure on the evening boat. The Kebony cladding is evil, the splinter in Rubins hand was ----------- THIS BIG! More window details were added, whilst Sara screwed the metal profiles to the sub structure with pin point accuracy. Much discussion is being had about the roof junctions between Sara and Håvard. Some alternative cladding options were mocked up and sent off to the architects, as we didnt have the necessary tools to achieve the desired outcome. The convoluted paper trail required to navigate the Norwegian administration process is beginning to frustrate Andy. One month later, he is still trying to set up the basic infrastructure to work in Norway and is constantly hitting red tape and multiple setbacks as he is processed through the system. The time and energy that is expelled on the mundane tasks of pushing paper around in circles is precisely the reason he has ventured to the islands of Fleinvær, to focus his energies on constructive work. - Sara Wik & Andy Devine
