Day 7: Fitness Blenders 5 Day Workout Challenge to Burn Fat & Build Lean Muscle Day 7: ( you had two days of rest so no excuses) do the harder version this week Breakfast 1. Cup of tea and honey or Coffee 2. Bottle of 8ounce water 3. 1 Banana ( the reason I eat a banana before working out is b/c is high in potassium) 4. Do your workout with a bottle of water Mid-Morning (9am for me) 1. Bowl of Fruit (do not buy egg whites from the store. Get an egg and just use the white part and throw the yoke), with tomatoes, olive oil, onions, pepper and spices 2. Cup of coffee or tea 3. Greek Yogurt Lunch (12pm to 1pm) 1. Bowl of salad (My salad was organic lettuce, tomatoes, shrimp about 10, dressing (oil and vinegar), avocado, onions and strawberries. 2. Bottle of water Mid-Lunch (3pm) Apple sliced with Almond butter with honey (Trust me it’s good) Dinner (5pm or 7pm, makes sure its 3hours before bed) 1. Slice of Chicken with Brussels sprouts 2. Cup of tea with honey
