Day 79 - 84 So we have disappeared for a week!!! Meaning , yes, we have gotten to enjoy home time!!!! Its been really hard these past few months with everything going on and not just with the passing of my husbands mother, Emi getting cancer, but with all the emotions everything brings, especially being away from home for weeks at a time... Its not an easy situation, no one forwarns you how hard things might get... feelings of blame at times even when there is no reason for it to get thrown around... and its hard to just enjoy a happy day. But we as a family are blessed to know where our priorities lie, that even when its hard to express one self, or comunicate what we feel, we understand that we have each other to lean on... Ive had a couple people ask me how we are and how we as a couple are holding up. I wanted to express to everyone that we are good, we have our ups and down, but honestly I think we both realized that we have each other, that even when we are stressed we talk to each other. We take time to just enjoy each other (he took me out on a date and it was awesome!!! ) Because having a little relax time is good and recharging... Now back to Emi :D Emis treatment is a little behind schedule. She was supposed to start her 3rd round tomorrow but her counts have not recovered yet, so dates have changed and she is set to start on the 14th of October. Its nothing big, some kids take longer than others. Emi is still as active if not more than ever she is a little monster she even goes ROAR. She has figured out how to open everything, and obviously to pull everything out... Also this past Friday we got to welcome home señor Zilg back from Afghanistan!! And emi wore her tutu she wore when she saw him off and a new shirt mommy (me) made for her that said This princess gets her Zilg back today. She looks so adorable!! That day started with blood work but we got to go home and greet Zilg :) Saturday we had to go to outpatient to get some platelets (they help with bruising, and blood clots) and yesterday we went in for some hymogloben (iron) . And we go back for blood work tomorrow :) lets hope we dont have to push anything any further back... :D Also uncle Jesus decided to put a little Raider touch to the picture, but we all know Ms. Emi lives the hard life of a REDSKINS fan ;) I home everyone has had an amazing start to their week, if not I know it will get better :) thank you everyone for your support and prayers!!
