Day 8...I have been having a rather difficult time, as my body is detoxing HARD from the meds...I have made the decision to get back on them, however, with the intention of tapering down. I have had headaches, 3 times in the past week, The last time I had a headache before that was like 2 years ago....I am very very achy, and nauseous...my mind races a bit, and I have had a couple of unprovoked tears... however I can almost say with certain, that my body, and mind, are suffering the withdrawals...my emotions are doing pretty good, outside of the extra-ordinary amount of extra stress this past week has been...no, it not all in my head, I know others around me are hurting...talk about the wrong time to quit the meds. https://youtube/watch?v=VmW-ScmGRMA
