Day 9: & Day 10: (previous Whole30) B- 1 ½ egg “muffin” (egg, sausage, spinach, peppers, mushroom, onion, coconut milk) Small fruit bowl: ½ banana, raspberries, blueberries, and walnuts Coffee w/ coconut oil, ghee, cinnamon, vanilla *pic L- Turkey patty w/ 3-4 tbs guacamole 4 baby carrots, ½ sliced tomato, pickles 1 c. watermelon D- Roast ¾ sweet potato w/ ghee and cinnamon steamed broccoli Pre- rest of coffee from breakfast Post- grilled chicken Sweet potato w/ cinnamon Sn- 2-3 jerky strips & coconut flakes (before b-ball game) Day 10: B- 3 turkey sausage links Brussel Sprouts and mushrooms (cooked in E.V.O.O.) Small fruit bowl: ½ mango, strawberries, and walnuts Coffee w/ coconut oil, ghee, cinnamon, vanilla *pic L- Ground Turkey Taco Salad w/ Spinach greens, cucumber, carrots, broccoli, salsa 2-3 tbs. guacamole Small fruit bowl w/ 3 strawberries, ½ peach & 1/8th can coconut milk, 3-4 pecans D- Bison Patty Sweet potato chips (cooked in coconut oil), ¼ tomato and pickles Pre- Coffee w/ coconut oil, ghee, cinnamon, vanilla Post- Grilled Chicken & pumpkin/cinnamon Sn- 1 Paleo Kit, 2 jerky, small hand coconut flakes, 3 apple slices, ~6 macadamias
