Day 9: I feel a little better, a little stronger, a little more focused every day. The worst parts of a weightloss and well being regime are the first two weeks. If you can overcome these drastic changes after two weeks you are in the clear. Stay off the scale. You did not gain it in a day and you wont lose it in a day. If you Think you really cant live without that chocolate bar..then eat it! Just get back on track. Instead of the full sleeve of thin mints..eat 4! It really is mind over matter. YOU MATTER! You are one good decision away from those skinny clothes in the back of your closet.
