Day Three of 3 Positive Things: (challenging due to BT arse-ness): 1. Have sort of drawn up a Process Flow (gave up on VSM); 2. Have my temporary broadband up and running whilst BT sort their poop out; 3. Feeling really valued and supported at work. So as its my last day to nominate three muckers to get on board with this wave of positivity Im going with Nigel Fitch, Katie Morris and Val McGrath
