Day Three of Shut Down at West Newton... 07.00hrs until current. No work being undertaken at Rathlin Energys drill site again. Shift change saw the usual which was security change. Minimal staff on board the transit for workers this time. I guess Rathlin have decided that their over priced oil workers need not be here so for today (and I suspect many days to come) there is just a skeleton staff of site workers and none of them are visible. I wonder how much money we are costing Rathlin whilst we facilitate them here by not impeding their trucks. .... Personally I reckon they are out of pocket to the tune of approximately a quarter million a day. Maybe somebody would like to ask Ian R Crane he is bound to know. trolololol Due to the overwhelming stupidity of one Beacon bod last night and because we are bored rigid we have decided to target Beacons own H&S breaches and pass all the evidence of same to Beacon first and then the HSE. The predictability of the stupidity of some of those employed by supposedly top notch security firms never ceases to amaze me....
