Day Two: Bunya Mountains National Park Grand Final Day. What a game :) and how good is Sam Burgess? If your boys need a male role model in their life then this man is worth a look. A hard-working, fun-loving giant who has a character we dont see too often these days but desperately need more of for a healthy, happy and strong community. Our boys need blokes like Sam Burgess in their life :) Im not really one to watch a lot of sport on TV, sacrilege I know. If you sat next to me during a game you would know why - Im either a bit too noisy ... or I go to sleep :) Not great company either way Im told he he he! Before we enjoyed the NRL Final on Sunday we went hiking in the Bunya Mountains. What a treasure! Peace, nature and movement. Wow that place have some history, a different kind of history to the warring and brutal ways of our ancestors, more of a symbol of nourishment and harmony. We also found nourishment in this home-made trail mix. It was a real winner! My trail mixes are different every time but this one is worth packaging :) A cold beer and light entertainment at the end of the track and back to camp for a LLD (little lie down). What a way to spend a Sunday taking care of your wellbeing xx
