Day before yesterday or perhaps a day before that, I took the newspaper The Assam Tribune for a quick view. As i unfolded the newspaper and viewed the first page, my eyes got stuck in a picture -- a dead rhino with its horn replaced by stains of blood i mean its horn was missing. Ah, what a heart collapsing picture! Why? Just for a thick bucks of money, rhinos are killed in numbers and now this species is in threat of extinction! Dont the killers have heart? The world famous Kaziranga National Park,famous for its one-horned rhino and now the rhino itself is in danger of existance! Pretty undigestable this is!!! A poem dedicated to ol,requesting to show their concern for the species which are on the way of extinction!!! End of Life No longer will they walk in the ground, They will resign to the world of extinction. Endangered species are rare to be found, Perhaps they will be happy to live this place of onslaughting tyranny? A day will come,no longer will they exist; To be caught in the clutch of hunters, How much they tried to resist... Dont the killers posses the least of heart? No longer will they breathe! They are withered by the merciless hands, Whales,tiger,gorrillas-these species are still under threat. Isnt this a matter to be concerned and mourned??? Over pollution added to the cutting of wood, Killing rhinos ,elephants for its horn and teeth Letting them in risk are never really good. Accurates measures are yet lacking in direction or commands. Ah! Why not we reverse the state of extinction in the midst. Come! Let us be united to put them in safe. Or else He will never spare us for the inhuman deeds. Let us ensure their life with a carefree survival... By protecting the places animals calls home, Removing their shackles,let them freely roam!!!
