Day one of my diet successful. A little emotional but successful. I DID NOT CHEAT!!!! Even though it was very tempting with all the popcorn, girl scout cookies, and just pure hungriness. Heres to easier days. Im overall pretty proud of myself and hopeful that it gets better soon I just now have to try to get my water intake up thats the only thing that didnt happen today. I only got about 45 oz in. I need to get to 64 minimum. Thank you for everyone for their encouragement and support you make it truly easier.
