Day one of our Fundamentals course starts tonight. - First term is almost sold out already! Text your full name and email address to 0449 094 181 to book your place. Starts 7:10 pm tonight. - The fundamentals course runs over a 2 week term and is limited to 10 participants each term. - In a small group you will be shown step by step the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit. A coach will determine your goals and provide you with advice on nutrition. Day 1 FUNDAMENTALS 1 1. What is CrossFit ? 2. Wodify 3. Explain Fundamentals is a 3 day course were we will teach you the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit. Today we will be covering the Air squat, The Front squat and the Over head squat. Supply athletes with mobility correction drills. Goals (AMRAP - Reps) Please type 3 - 5 goals you would like to achieve in the next 6 - 12 weeks. When you see the goals Benchmark next every goal you have achieved will be one rep. Example 1. 5 Kipping pull ups 2. A 5 minute Fran 3. A muscle up 4. 10 UB DU 5. BW Clean and Jerk Coach to review each individuals nutrition and explain our view on paleo or primal eating.
