Dealing with Bldg Court for Violations in 2013 resulting in Store Closings because Convenience Store Tenant put in unauthorized restaurant. Bldg Inspection Tue. got me more violations in Record Store this time. More Bldg.Court in Nov. & Oct. Court for Evictions of deadbeat Tenants in two Apt. who wont pay rent since Jan. Has been a Tough Year Owning this Property ! In this life you gonna always have problems but how to deal with the problem is with Knowledge, not faith because faith is for those who, dont have knowledge ! Knowledge of Bldg Court and Eviction Court is what I have Gained over the last two, three Years . Faith is not the issue in Court only Knowledge and Money Matter. All of the Courts have In God We Trust On The Wall.. But thats only for the Plaintiffs And Defendants that have no Knowledge Or Money. I depend on knowledge and manage my money because Im Not afraid to Learn from trial & error. Dont be afraid to fail because success comes if you learn from your Failure. Thats not faith thats knowledge, learned from trail & error.
