Dealing with Exams Stress. 1.-Setting realistic goals is more important than striving to reach an above standard target & feel frustrated. 2.- What really matters is whether your child is putting in his best effort. If the focus is on learning & effort not only marks they are able to study in a better atmosphere. Then results dont become the sole aspiration in life . However it is good to have high expectations also. 3.- Let your child understand that an exam is not the end in itself but only a process of learning and testing what & how much he has learnt. 4.- Lastly encourage your child to devise a revision timeline where they list dates, and details of the subjects they are revising & what results they would like to achieve & by when. Give them enough freedom to set their own time line. What works well with someone may not always be the best for your child.
