Deana Wyers I need to give credit where credit is due. My family loves Mrs Joyce Barbers recipe for Stuffed French Loaf in the Zion Rest CoC Cooking for a Cure cookbook. I cook it often but have modified it just slightly to add mushrooms and to serve it on hot dog buns instead of in a loaf. For one thing I seem to always have hotdog buns and when I do the big loaf my family digs the stuffing out leaving the loaf. So I make individual loaves. Zion Rest has more than its fair share of great cooks! I appreciate the work you and your mom did on the cookbook. It is awesome! Thank you!
