Dear All, Heres an interesting raptor image by our Firoz Hussain which has received multiple suggestions on ID , from experts/ in other fora where he had posted. I am posting this on his behalf here in this forum for an active discussion, so that itll be helpful for many. Being a Juvenile Accipiter , it can be quite confusing, and not easy ascertaining the ID..
