Okay, gang, Im having a serious panic attack here. I have to be in court in the morning for two traffic violations. One of which is because I didnt finish some sort of court diversion program about the importance of insurance last year. They gave me plenty of time to get it done, but with all the medical-fu, I forgot. Just. Plain. Forgot. The second is for something that happened a couple of weeks before my stroke. I remember flashes and images from being stopped, and being sent home to be taken to the hospital by Tanya, where my BP was through the roof. They brought it down, but I suspect the original damage was done that night, and not the morning I fell unconscious. In any case, I dont remember a ticket or a court date, couldnt have been anywhere ON that date (April 15), because I remember very little between the stroke and my birthday on May 19th, when I got so pissed off about the restaurants. I wasnt allowed to drive again till June 7. I was a military man. I have to stand there and say something that really hurts, despite the medical reasons. Mam, I honestly dont remember. Ive put together all the medical records, all the paid insurance and registration bills, but my gut is in an uproar and my heart is pounding. I hate this. Politicians may be used to saying this, but Im not. My joints are flaring, my bowels are gurgling, and I half want to puke. Im going to shower and try to sleep.
