Dear All Musicians, Did you know that the shop DV247 (formally known as digital village) no longer has a store in Bristol (Clifton). I didnt, and just had the worst customer service I have ever experienced from them. I bought a set of studio speakers from them online, thinking that if I had a problem I could return them to the shop easily enough. They were defective, but because the shop no longer exists I had to go through a lengthy returns process and have STILL NOT HAD MY MONEY BACK. They say they cannot find a fault and even though I returned them within a week they wont give me a refund. I will never buy from this company again - please join me in a boycott. Ive spent over £2000 in their stores in the last 10 years and now they treat me like dirt. once again, PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM DV247. There are plenty of other great stores online e.g. dolphin music - and even PMT in town is very competitive. Yours angrily, an angry, out of pocket Bristol muso. Alex Furr
