Dear All, Tomorrow (Sunday, 1 June, 4pm) wed like to invite you to a celebration of wood on the first official day of summer. David Bernstein, currently in residency at Rupert, will present his new wooden sculpture, a table with a single leg carved as a caryatid doing karate. The work derives from the text, Thinging a linguistic game with friend and artist Jurgis Paškevičius. The afternoon will begin with a speech, a cheers, and continue with a barbecue.
