Dear Australian Team Competitors and Families, The Australian Team Management would like to formally address the issue of competitors and their families not wanting to stay at the official hotel in NH MIDAS Rome. Whilst we openingly acknowledge the prohibitive costs associated with the championships it is vital that all competitors stay in the official hotel. We have confirmed that it is compulsory and competitors who choose not to stay at NH MIDAS will not be granted Australian team member status and will not be able to compete. Furthermore, Master Muleta, Master Keating, Master Cliff, Master Cariotis, Mr Hickey, Mr Zdybel and Mr Galibert acknowledge that the key to a successful competition relies heavily on our competitors being one team and being in the one location will greatly assist with this goal.
