Dear Baltimore County (specifically Towson), I hate you. Just take all my money. Between your ridiculous parking tickets & meter nazis, and that new speed camera that just got me, I have paid you hundreds of dollars in my tenure here. I know I was speeding a little, but $55 for being "backed in to a head-in space"? Get over yourself. I have an idea! Write tickets to yourself every time the parking nazi parks in front of that hydrant at Chesapeake & Baltimore, blocking not only the fire department access, but the handicapped access ramp to the sidewalk... Both of which are legit parking infractions. The gloves are off.
