Dear Bluesette Friends and Family: I am writing today with sad news about another one of the Bluesette musicians who is in very ill health. You may remember him as Denny Romans, lead guitarist for the “Moss” and “Psychedelic Propeller” that played at the Bluesette. He was also a member of Maypole. Maypole released a record album in the early 1970’s. Later he changed his name to Demian Bell and moved to Europe where he continued to make more good music. Here is a link to more bio info about Demian’s music career. Demian is now living in Tallahassee, Florida where he is in hospice care at home with his wife. He has been valiantly working to keep his spirit up in spite of his serious illness. Here is a link to his Facebook page where there are current messages from him and friends.
