Dear Canada Post: Please train your employees properly, even the ones that are working your counters at Shoppers Drug Mart. Its Christmas, and things cant be expected to move on schedule. So when we need something sent overnight for a customer and are willing to pay for that service, dont downgrade that service and promise the person doing my mailing that it will get there in time. The same girl has been doing the same thing for three years now. Ive complained to her manager before, but its done no good. Shes not the one who gets to try to make it up to the rightfully upset customer who still doesnt have her patterns and who is on an incredibly tight deadline. No, that would be... us. Not very much love at all, -- Me. :(
