Roles and Responsibilities: Candidates having contacts with chartered accountants will be preferred (as the candidate will be responsible for selling TDS software) Demonstration through Online - Desktop sharing software as well as on site if the client is based in Mumbai Develop and maintain a database of prospective client companies in Specified location & across various sectors that fall or could fall within our offerings. Continuously prospect for new clients through telephone solicitation, cold calling etc. Initiate contact with decision makers and influencers within organizations and HR Outsourcing agencies. Create qualified leads and pipeline that drives sales quota / achieve monthly, quarterly revenue and margin targets Discuss and convey the advantages of the product offering Giving successful product demos Qualify and answer questions regarding the service Log Lead generation / managements activity and contacts in sales system Attending and participating in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows. Generating the enquiries to Negotiation through software demonstration Qualification: 1. Any Graduate, MBA (preferably Marketing/ Sales) 2. Candidate should be willing to pitch the products and visit clients locally for presentation. 3. Willing to relocate at all branches as per need. 4. Strong sense of customer service. 5. Go getting attitude and target oriented. 6. Pleasing and friendly attitude. 7. HR/ payroll/ taxation domain knowledge will be an added advantage Skills: 1. Learning ability. 2. Problem solving. 3.
