Dear Carlos, My name is Marinda and I was wondering if you - TopicsExpress

Dear Carlos, My name is Marinda and I was wondering if you would be able to assist me with the following. We are immigrating to Moz end of August as my fiance is starting work on the 1st September. Now because we are not married, he can not apply for a residence permit for me ( as per the Consulate). To make matters more complicated, we are both divorced and have two children each from our first marriage, that live with us permanently. My ex husband is leaving on Friday to America and I wont see him for the next 6 to 8 months. He is more than happy to assist me to what ever I require for the children to immigrate. He has given me a letter giving me permission to take the children out of the country, which our lawyer has drawn up, but I am unsure if this only applies for a holiday? The consulate are unable to give me info on this as it is a unique case. Please can you assist in any way, their dad went with me to apply for new passports today, I now have to wait for that, before I can apply for a visa. My urgency is the fact that he is leaving the country on Friday and I am unsure of what other documents he would need to complete or if he needs to be present for the visa?? I am so stressed at this stage, I am not sure what else to do. Regards Marinda
