Up to the present time, your family politicians managing your centralized family government, your politicians running your state family governments, your SPLA military family generals leading your armed family forces and your foreign humanitarian organizations have together seen you being killed since the “15th December coup attempt” in your Capital City of Juba. In reality, this your centralized government and state governments, SPLA military generals plus many international organizations largely operating in your newest state have failed to protect some of your siblings’ precious lives from being taken away at the present time because of the current and ongoing civil war between your former vice-president and your current president. In the event that this famine starts its merciless journey and robe your precious lives this year, you must now tell your parents living with you in the country, you must inform your cousins living outside your country, you must tell your politicians living with you in the Capital City of Juba, you must tell your politicians living with you in the state cities, you must tell your generals living with you in military barracks to carry you to Ethiopia, Uganda, Kenya, Eritrea, Congo, and Sudan so that you will survive the repeat of history of the 1990s, where inter-communal fighting and famine killed many of your siblings during the era of social and cultural madness in the old Sudan. It is important to realize that you will be extremely vulnerable to resist these circumstances of your men-made-coming atrocities due to this ongoing instability and forecasting famine if you do not place serious pressure on your current politicians, on your current parents, on your current cousins, on your current uncles, on your current generals and on your foreign humanitarian organizations to remove you from the war zone to safety zone immediately before the rainy seasons approache with more forces of medieval in your country. For one thing, this inter-communal conflict with the current ongoing civil war will create further backlash between you and your other siblings who will choose to stand on the opposite side of the war in order to protect their siblings from further extermination. Another key point you must remember in order for you to understand that your future is fragile is that there is going to be lack of political trust among your politicians, among your generals, among your foreign humanitarian organizations and among your cousins when this inter-communal and political conflict reaches other your distance siblings during the rainy seasons in other part of the country. The current ethnic sectarian violence and conflict is the most compelling evidence before you and your Nuer minority politicians, generals and ordinary nationalities plus your Dinka majority politicians, generals and loyal privates and ordinary nationalities; by all means this sectarian violence will not go away without out some kind of medieval taking place in your country. In other words, your country is going through radical and fundamental change; this radical change is inevitable without mechanism to open a major political space to balance the political and military power your Dinka majority and Nuer minority in the first round of domestic social and cultural and political revolution. For this reason, you must use this tiniest window of opportunity to place pressure on your cousins who are living outside the country, on your parents who are living with you in the country, on your generals who are living with you in military barracks and on your foreign humanitarian organizations who are living with you in urban areas to take you to safe zone in Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Sudan and Congo. You must not overlook this point because your current fragile centralized government and state-governments, ongoing opposition and potential political conspiracies in your country will for the most part destroy your precious lives if you grant any benefit of doubt for this conflict because of the current Cessation of Hostilities (COH), signed in Ethiopia between your central government and your military revolution. As it has been noted, you have a very small window of opportunity to now escape to safe zone, so talk to your parents, so talk to your politicians, so talk to your military generals, so talk to your foreign humanitarian organizations and so talk to your cousins living in exiled nations to remove from the zone of war to the zone of peace quickly before this medieval takes place in all ten states that makes up your current newest nations.
