Dear China Eastern Airlines, My flight from Fukuoka to Shanghai - TopicsExpress

Dear China Eastern Airlines, My flight from Fukuoka to Shanghai was delayed for one and a half hours, I contained myself. Your staff annoyingly scolded me to “hurry up, the plane is leaving”, I contained myself. When I arrived in Delhi on Monday, your staff told me that my luggage is not arriving, and that I should fill up the mishandled luggage form. Moreover, since your next day flight from Shanghai was cancelled, my luggage may arrive on Wednesday, the day I am flying back to Fukuoka via Shanghai. Despite the fact that I would basically have nothing to use during my stay in Delhi and that I would have to wear the clothes I was wearing for my presentation, I was still able to contain myself by just telling your staff that the way you were handling the problem was unacceptable. I hoped that you would contact me for updates or apologies, but you did not. When I was checking in yesterday (Wednesday), your staff told me that they found my luggage as if I should be thankful for your great effort. You then asked me to check my luggage in a restricted area before I boarded the plane. I told you that the suit case looked worn out, you just gave me the annoyed look rushing me to confirm that it is my suit case. I was so tired that I just contained my anger. But, you just really did not stop testing my limits. At the check in counter for connecting flights, I saw your staff treating an old passenger, who looked so confused about what to do and where to go, with disrespect, shouting and demanding for “green card!”. This made me really mad. And, this time, I did not contain myself. Forget about good service, at least have some manners! If I use your [service] again, it will be like losing respect for myself. P.S. My flight to Fukuoka was again delayed. You let your passengers wait for nearly one hour on board without knowing when the plane would take off. Then, during your in-flight food [service], your flight attendant called my attention by saying “ei” or maybe “hey”, looking at me while pointing his finger at the beverages!
