The Assisted Living residents in Menomonee Falls were so appreciative: one of them even played her snare drum with us on 2 songs, another sang a patriotic solo, and one of the staff members sang a solo on Amazing Grace. * The worship & baptismal service at Hepatha Church was very uplifting, and some of us stayed to witness the baptisms of 7 youth in the name of the Father, Son & Holy Spirit, and the lighting of their baptismal candles. Others of us did double duty & also sang at other services: John, Lawrence & Tim sang in the choir at both Hepatha & All Saints Churches, and Arlene, K.C., Matt & Melanie sang at both Hepatha & St. Adalbert! ... The Hepatha pastor, Mary Martha, gave us 4 phone numbers of her church members to call whenever we need an alternate place to rehearse. PRAYER REQUESTS * Irena (alto) wrote: Dear Choir, Thank you for prayers for my husband Steve whose eye surgery was successful and is now in recovery. Praise God for his goodness and mercy. Sorry he couldnt sing with us that day, but we totally understand his need to be with his family, and glad he could be with us Sunday! * Dorothy wrote: I don’t understand current hospital policies. My sister had a heart attack on Thursday and was released from the hospital Friday evening. She is very weak, and thankful to God. Measures she took prevented the attack from being worse. Our prayers for each other are more important than ever as we turn to Him (The Great Physician) instead of putting our trust in man. Thank you for your prayers. I will be with you tomorrow. I will bring Tosha’s robe and stole.
