Dear Chrysler family - as I am addressed in my recent voicemail - TopicsExpress

Dear Chrysler family - as I am addressed in my recent voicemail from customer care...At 55 mph my 2006 Dream Cruiser (17222 miles) shut down completely on a highway merge. I praise GOD it did not cause an accident or worse yet. My 2001 did the same thing but only once in the Harbor tunnel. Eventually Chrysler had to replace the PCM Module. After a few minutes I restarted it and drove on. The instrument cluster went haywire. Seatbelt light came on and passenger airbag light went on and off over and over again even though I was buckled up and did not have a passenger. Dozens of phone calls to Customer Care and 2 attempts to repair the problem which has required already 8 days in Tate Dodge Glen Burnie service center culminated in the conclusion that the instrument cluster needs to be replaced. Chrysler Customer Cares answer is They will not participate in the repair of the vehicle. Has anybody else experienced this dangerous situation?
