Dear Clients, We hope this email finds you well. Twice each year, the earth’s orbit around the sun brings a situation whereby the antennae pointing to the satellites are looking at the sun directly. When this happens, the sun’s radiation overwhelms the satellite signal causing a sun outage. Sun outages typically occur during the months of February/March and September/October, lasting as long as 15 minutes a day and spanning over a period of about 15 days. The effects of a sun outage will vary in degree from minimal to total service outage. Please find the schedule on our support portal support.iwayafrica under download section. Kindly contact our support desk at [email protected]. should you require any further information on the same. Thank you.
