Dear Comcast, I have been a loyal customer for years and today I was not happy with your tech staff. I was spoken to rudely and never got my internet issue fixed. I would like it to be known to the Comcast Services, that as of tonight my brother in-law figured out the internet problem and has fixed the problem. I am amazed that someone who has some knowledge about connections than most of your technicians.
