Dear Comrades, Friends and Enemies (since the state will be looking at this post too) alike, We are glad to announce that we have been able to publish another issue of Towards a New Dawn(TND) inspite of severe repression faced by our comrades. We have completed five years of our journey and would like to thank those who have contributed to our magazine by sending us articles and helping us financially. TND was published as an alternative voice to peoples resistance movement all across the world. From its very beginning TND has upheld its stand against Liberalisation-Privatisation-Globalisation (LPG) policies that has been wreaking havoc across the globe. We want to continue our goal of standing by peoples movements that had challenged the neo-liberal juggernaut. After a a long time lag we have been able to publish this issue. In future we pledge to be more regular. We would be grateful if our comrades and friends continue their support for our magazine and help us in spreading our cause.
