Dear Customers, Its official! Madtongsan I is excited to launch two very special new dishes! The first item is the long-awaited chicken soup, Sam Gye Tang. Sam Gye Tang is a hearty chicken soup with a whole chicken, ginseng, jujube, chestnut and sweet rice porridge inside. For Koreans, it is considered one of the most nutritious and wholesome meal. The second one is the Special Hae Mool Chup Chae. Rice is not served with this dish, which means it is pure NOODLES NOODLES NOODLES! We have been asked so many times to create a dish with just lots of noodles, so here it is! We are slicing in an entire tube of squid, accompanied by mussels, prawns, and marinara mix to create a delicious stir-fried clear noodle dish with a fabulous touch of seafood. Chup Chae, clear noodles, potato noodles, glass noodles, however you want to call this, Its HERE now! Are you hungry yet? Be MAD for MADTONGSAN I!
