Dear Daniel McInytre, Administrator of Charlotte Hungerford - TopicsExpress

Dear Daniel McInytre, Administrator of Charlotte Hungerford Hospital, I met with You and staff members several times to try and resolve the very serious patient complaint against CHH and The Torrington Police. Despite MY exhaustive efforts to resolve this matter, through My desperate pleadings for over 3 years to all the parties involved continue to fall on deaf corrupt ears. You told me that you were going to have a meeting with Chief of Police Maniago, I asked if I could be in on it and asked CHH to join forces with me to stop the police brutality I and countless others are victims of. I reported the names of as many people I knew of who fell victim to local police brutality to the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Justice Department. I attempted to draft my complaint using as a template the Yale Law School document that resulted in a victory for the Latinos who were being profiled by the East Haven Police. That victory has cost tax payers untold millions in resources now funneled through the Federal government to CT to address the issue of racial profiling. In every city, state, and federal government there are massive amount of resources to allegedly circumvent difficulties it is assumed minorities and immigrants face upon arrival. The U.S. Census Bureau ensures massive amount of money in areas that are heavily populated with what is now over 25 or more different categories for the Latino population. The State of CT nor CHH and the Torrington, CT Police nor the City of Torrington Mayor, City Council, Board of Public Safety, or Ethics committee AND the CT Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities, CT State Police, and the entire Governor Malloy administration are not concerned about the police brutality, gang stalking, profiling, harassment, discrimination and hateful bias that I and countless other categorized, labeled and demonized as mentally ill, this has appeared to give all of you a green light and ticket to demoralize us further for your own income and job producing gain. Mr. McInytre, Your Patient Relations and Department of Behavioral Health, along with Your ER staff and those you claim to work in the community with helping poor folks like me need to take a look at what happened to poor Greg Romanello, one of the names provided to U.S. Justice Department. You know Greg, I am told He was treated and released up to a dozen times in Your ER, brought by police, no doubt in restraints every time they found this poor man in his mid 30s walking home drunk from one of the local bars he frequented. He may have even been one of the drunks in your ER detoxing next to my room the night I was brought in to be evaluated under your miraculous diagnostic ER assessment you told me you implemented that an ER doctor can administer and determine based on the assessment that the person is or is not in danger of hurting themselves. I dont know why you have not marketed such a tool across the Nation, other than the fact it and You and Your Emergency room evaluation and treatment of all the poor victims of TPD police gurney rides to the hospital are full of S.H.I.T.!!!! Stands for something hidden in them, McInytre and I dont need a diagnostic assessment tool to determine what it is, I need a competent court of law, to bad your judicial marshall and buddies out of Litchfield/Bantam Superior Court, no doubt your team players on every golf course you and the good ol boys can find, are too busy being Presidents of Hospitals, Doctors, Judges, Prosecutors, etc. and ASS Holes to do anything more than traumatize people like Greg and I for your own evil gain!!! I guess a Torrington man dousing himself with gasoline and catching himself on fire is Not enough to get U.S. Justice Department to investigate but we can all be thankful the police are not racially profiling the latinos and other minorities that are nothing more than future votes for all the democratic union thugs keeping your very well oiled machine of corruption fully operational. Not on My watch, Dan!! See You on the witness stand, under oath, you can explain your evaluations in the ER by ER physicians that do nothing more than give referrals to your just as useless Behavioral Health Dept. I can guarantee you that not one private insured person is running up to that clinic for help. The only ones you cycle through this disaster are those who are too poor to know any better. They trust in something they believe to be higher and greater than themselves as they are railroaded into your hospital that is more about illness and disease than recovery and health. After all of my experiences since November 24, 2010 with CHH and You and Your staff, I can now see why. Sincerely, Mary Bagnaschi
