For your information I would to point out certain matters that I found both AMUSING and ENTERTAINING during my conversation with your TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT STAFF. 1. I was born bred and educated in Taiping therefore Taiping town IS AN OPEN BOOK FOR ME. 2. I know EVERY NOOK and CRANNY of Taiping. 3. I know every TELCO tower in Taiping Town. 4. There IS NO Jalan Taming Sari 2 in Taiping. 5. Sekolah Kebangsaan ST. (pronounced as Saint) GEORGE IS located at Jalan Muzium Hulu. 6. CRC (Chinese Recreation Club) IS located at Jalan Station not at Jalan Kota. 7. I didnt SAY that your map is WRONG but your technical department who called me DID. 8. PLEASE DONT EVER TRY TO ASSUME THAT ALL YOUR CUSTOMER is not IT savvy. 9. And please don t ever PUT THE BLAME OF YOUR POOR SERVICE on the WEATHER. 10. I MAY BE 54 years old but I AM NOT SENILE.
