Dear Disney Students and Parents! We are less than three weeks away from our journey to the Happiest Place on Earth. Can you believe it? I am so excited, and I know you are too! This email is just to remind you of a few important events coming up before the trip. 1. Disney Student/Parent Meeting: An informational meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 25 at 5:00 PM in the choir room. Medical forms, packing lists, and other important papers will be passed out at this time. Some of the trip procedures will also be discussed. There will also be a time where parents can ask any questions they still have regarding the trip. Students were made aware of this meeting at several rehearsals. Hopefully, you will be able to join us Tuesday at 5:00 to gather information and have your questions answered. If you are unable to make the meeting, paperwork will be passed out to those students the next day in class. Please feel free to contact me by email at any time if you have questions. 2. Rehearsal: We have three remaining rehearsals- Tuesday, March 25 from 3:15-4:15, Tuesday, April 1 from 3:15-4:15, and Saturday April 5 from 8:30-10:30. Athletes, you must be at the practices on the 25th and the 5th. Coaches have been made aware of this and have agreed to let you attend. It is very important that ALL trip participants are at these rehearsals so that we can run through everything will our whole choir present before we leave. Make every effort to be there so we can do our very best. 3. Chaperone Forms: If you are attending the trip as a chaperone, PLEASE ensure that your criminal background check forms have been turned in! If you needed to turn the form in to the Highway Patrol, please make sure that it has been sent in as well. We are running out of time to clear everyone. If you do not get the ok, you cannot attend and there is no refund. This is for our students safety. 4. Homework: Students, please make sure that your teachers are aware that you will be gone April 9, 10, and 11. You are responsible for all homework that you miss during those days.
