As for what we will implement in place of the banking cartel -- I think the countries of the world are going to implement a simple, effective transition to gold coins as a holding pattern, and then each nation (and indeed each local area) can decide what it wants to do. I am hoping the countries will see fit to repeal legal tender laws. Then it will be possible for local areas to introduce their own local currencies. Silvio Gesell, a German economist who lived in Argentina proposed this. We can certainly transition to any number of exciting possibilities, but we will also have to work hard to prevent any backsliding. Best, Karen
