Dear Electrical Restoration Services, LLC... youre suing me? You are shady! You have a lawyer call me trying to collect $4000.00 for a $2400.00 job done in June 2011, and tried to settle down to collect $2400.00 from me today. And then have the shady lawyer tell me thats the balance still owed by me, until I whip out my paperwork I always save - showing that you were paid $2400.00 in June of 2011. You wait 3 years till the statute of limitations is almost over to sue people, so they cant find proof??!!??!! And then... and then... the Shady Lawyer announces afterwards that you stated you got $1000.00 in June on the exact date you got $2400.00?! Why so you guys can rape me for $2400.00 + $1000.00? And you both lie to me about monies not received? Or $2400.00 + $2400.00 hoping Im stupid? Sue away, you idiots. Youre both losing money fighting this battle, when I have a goddamned receipt from the Public Adjusters! Oh yes, you and this ratchet collection firm both of whom havent sent me any collection notices to date will be reported to the BBB after this is settled. Go ahead. Take me to Court!
