Dear FB friends, I just found out that James ( Larry ) Garcia passed away. I met Larry as he was called then in the 3 rd grade at Breed St. Elementary. He also went to Hollenbeck. High school Im not sure. I know he went to Hollywood High a while. Not sure if he went to Roosevelt or Wilson. After high school we remained friend till the present. He had a stroke a couple of years ago. I would visit when I found time. That is why Im writing this find the time. I had not seen him in about 2 months. Did not visit him before Christmas. Im looking at his Christmas present as I write this. Did not call to wish a Happy New Year. I loved him like a brother. But, still didnt find the time. I was planning to see him on his birthday this month. Thats not going to happen. PLEASE FIND THE TIME. To see old friends, family that we are not always happy to see, family that are ill. Dont say I dont want to see them like that, I want to remember them the way they were. Please make the time to spend time with people you know,care about, and love
