Dear FRIENDS in India - If you do shopping online. DO NOT BUY from Snapdeal I want to share my experience - I ordered Eureka Forbes Aquasure UW Water filter (Snapdeal order no - 1065970636). The delivery date was 27th June. Today, ie on 30th June 2013, when I called them to check the status after 10 days, I get a response from that the order will be canceled as the stock is not available with Vendor. HORRIBLE Customer Service Support - First, I spoke to Jasleen and she disconnected while I was trying to findout why the order is canceled. When I called back, I got through Amit and didnt even have the courtsey or manners to speak to customer and was trying to justify his point which never made sense. Third person was Yatin, who was the Asst. Team Leader on shift, also could not give me an acceptable solution. My money is going to be refunded in 7-10 business days now. Abhishek called me from gurgaon office to tell me the same shit which was told to me by others. I tried to find out and read some reviews on snapdeal. Try reading some on mouthshut. Pathetic experience. Then I could figure out what has happened with my order. On snapdeal I order the above product for Rs 5599 - which is cheaper than what is offered in market ie Rs 8599. Other online sites are offering it for around Rs7000-8000. The vendor must have realised that the price quotes is very low only after the order was placed. The vendor DOES NOT WANT TO HONOR his commitment. @Sanpdeal and their vendors are doing False advertisements on Snapdeal website to attract customer. I have made the entire payment in advance. Expecting a refund in 7-10 days. For sure, I will never shop again on snapdeal. Recommend you guys not to do the same. To take some risk, you can buy production within Rs100 range from Snapdeal ...Not a penny more than this. It is better to shop with ebay.in or shopclues. Simply I had to call up these guys, followup, write to their customer service with not much of help than canceling my order since they cannot honor their commitment. Please share this with as many as you can.
